Our Commitment
Intuitive Stay Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities across all of our web properties.
We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to achieve this.
This statement covers two separate web properties operated by Intuitive Stay Ltd:
- Our marketing website at intuitivestay.com, hosted on the Wix platform
- Our portal platform at guestconnectionscore.com, built on React and hosted on Railway
Both properties are subject to our ongoing accessibility commitments, though their technical implementations differ.
Measures We Take
Intuitive Stay Ltd takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our web properties:
- Accessibility is part of our ongoing development process for both the marketing website and the portal platform.
- We evaluate new and updated content for accessibility before publishing.
- On the marketing website (intuitivestay.com), we use Wix's built-in accessibility tools and features, which aim to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines.
- On the portal platform (guestconnectionscore.com), we follow accessible development practices in our React components, including the use of semantic HTML, ARIA attributes where appropriate, and keyboard-navigable interactive elements.
- We aim to ensure that our guest feedback form, which is accessed by guests via QR code, is operable by users with a range of disabilities and assistive technologies.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The current standard is WCAG 2.2. We are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA across both web properties.
Both properties are partially conformant, meaning some content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to address known gaps.
Known Limitations
While we strive to make all of our web properties as accessible as possible, the following limitations are currently known:
On the marketing website (intuitivestay.com):
- Some third-party embedded content may not meet the same level of accessibility as our own content.
On the portal platform (guestconnectionscore.com):
- Interactive data charts, including pillar trend charts, the service period heatmap, and portfolio performance graphs, may not be fully compatible with all screen readers. We aim to provide text-based alternatives where possible.
- The Guest Voice Cloud word display and staff visualisation elements are primarily visual and may lack full text alternatives at this time.
- Modal dialogs, including the QR tips guide and onboarding walkthrough, may present navigation challenges for some assistive technologies.
- The push notification permission prompt behaviour may vary across devices and browsers.
- Some dashboard widgets, including the Superhost Tracker and Red Alert feed, contain status indicators and action buttons that may not be fully accessible to all users at this time.
On the guest feedback form (accessed via QR code):
- The feedback form is designed to be simple and operable on mobile devices. We are working to ensure it meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including sufficient colour contrast, clear labelling, and keyboard operability.
We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome feedback from users who encounter barriers.

Portal platform (guestconnectionscore.com): HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React 19, TanStack Start, and TailwindCSS, hosted on Railway.
Compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers depends on the browser and device being used. We recommend using an up-to-date browser for the best experience.
