How do the free trials work for each tier?
We want you to see the full potential of the Guest Connection Score® in action before you commit a single penny.

Host Tier: 30-day free trial. See a full cycle of guest feedback and staff performance.

Partner Tier: 14-day free trial. A focused window to verify your data across all sites and see why the Partner package is worth the upgrade.

Founder Tier: No free trial for the Founder tier. The Founder tier adds multi-property management and a full year of data history, you'll know by your trial data if it's right for you.

HomeHost Tier: 30-day free trial for the HomeHost tier. The HomeHost tier has been designed specifically for Airbnb hosts and the free trial has been enabled to allow you to see how it works and whether it will help you.

Does the price really drop? How does that work?
Yes. This is the Solidarity Shield. Most pricing models are designed to extract more as your business grows. Ours is designed to reward the growth of the whole community. When the 250th property joins, everybody's bill drops, automatically, no asking required.

The Trigger: Price drops are triggered automatically when the total number of active, paying properties in the community hits a specific milestone (e.g. 500 or 1,000 properties).

The Application: Once a milestone is hit, the lower rate is applied to all members starting from your next billing cycle. You don't have to ask for it, it's part of our pact.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices shown are the prices you pay. No VAT is charged. IntuitiveStay Ltd is not VAT registered.

Is there a long-term contract or lock-in?
No. We believe in earning your business every single month.

All subscriptions are on a rolling monthly basis.

If you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time. However, please note we refuse the right to offer partial refunds. As an example, if you cancelled your subscription half way through the month, you would not receive a refund for the remaining days of your month, however you will still have access to your dashboard for the remaining time.

Can I pay annually for a better deal?
At this stage, we are focused on flexibility. Because we are a new company (Est. April 2026), we want all our members to stay with us because the IntuitiveStay™ is transforming their business, not because they are legally trapped.
While we may introduce annual options as we become more established, our current priority is ensuring you are 100% happy with the connection and protection we provide. If we don't deliver value this month, we don't deserve your money next month.

What happens if I want to upgrade or move tiers?
You can move between the Host, Partner and Founder tiers at any time.

How secure is my payment information?
We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed through Stripe, a global leader in payment security that is fully PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Your data is encrypted and handled according to the strictest UK and EU data protection standards (GDPR).

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The starter plan is free forever with no card required. Paid plans include a free trial before any charge is made and you are sent a reminder before the first payment is taken allowing you to not accidentally forget to cancel if you find IntuitiveStay is not for you.
