Is this connected to my Airbnb account?
No. IntuitiveStay is completely separate from Airbnb. Your guests leave feedback through your private QR code, which sends it straight to your dashboard, not to Airbnb.
Will Airbnb know I'm using this?
No. IntuitiveStay is fully independent. There is no integration with Airbnb, so your account is completely unaffected.
Does the Superhost Tracker show my actual Airbnb score?
Yes, when you signup you have the option to input your Airbnb URL so you can compare your live Airbnb rating against your HomeHost rating. The Superhost Tracker is based on your private IntuitiveStay responses, not your live Airbnb score. It gives you an early warning signal based on how guests are actually responding to your property before that shows up publicly. It is an indicator, not a guarantee.
How does the QR code work?
You print or display the QR code in your property. Guests scan it after their stay and leave feedback privately. It takes under two minutes and goes directly to your dashboard.
Can I use it for multiple properties?
Yes. HomeHost covers one property. HomeHost Plus covers up to three, with additional properties available at £15 per month each.
