How much does IntuitiveStay cost?
IntuitiveStay™ starts from FREE. Add your property and enjoy the basics with no credit card required. If you want to begin opening up more data our host package starts at £34.99 per month for properties. Pricing is structured across four community tiers;

Every tier includes full access to the platform, your unique QR touchpoints, and your private dashboard. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no "success taxes" that penalise your growth.
What is the Solidarity Shield and how does it affect my price?
The Solidarity Shield is our structural pricing commitment: as the IntuitiveStay™ community of independent properties grows, our operational costs fall, and we pass every saving directly back to you.
This is not a temporary promotion or a loyalty discount that can be withdrawn, it is built into how we operate. Three milestones are locked in: at 250 properties joined, prices drop by £1/mo; at 500, by £2/mo; and at 1,000, by £4/mo. Your price decreases automatically, with no action needed on your part.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 30-day free trial for both the Host Package and the HomeStay Package and a 14 day free trial on the Partner Package, so you can experience IntuitiveStay™ without any financial commitment. During the trial period, you get full access to the platform, including your branded QR touchpoints, your private dashboard, and the Guest Connection Score®.
You can cancel anytime and we always send you a reminder before the first payment is due. We want you to see the value for yourself before you decide.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains yours, you can export everything before you leave and we do not retain or sell it after cancellation.
What does my subscription include?

You also benefit automatically from the Solidarity Shield pricing structure, meaning your subscription cost can only go down as the community grows, never up.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Subscriptions are billed monthly. There is no requirement to commit to an annual plan, so you stay in control of your spending from month to month. Because the Solidarity Shield reduces your monthly rate as the community grows, you benefit from savings automatically without needing to lock in a longer term.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We know things can happen, as such we offer a 3 day grace period to allow you time to make the monthly payment. If the payment is not received after 3 days of your initial billing date we will assume you no longer want to use our services and will cancel your plan, unless you contact us directly first.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contract is required. IntuitiveStay is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.
